THE POWER OF CIRCLES
In Ancient Greece, circles were seen as a representation of the “Divine” and “Natural Balance”.
The concept of circles where individuals gather to speak their truth, often referred to as “Sacred Circles” can be a powerful tool in both personal development and organizational management.
When speaking about Men’s and Women’s circles or groups, we recognize that these gatherings help encourage a greater sense of community through speaking our truth.
Various topics highlight different aspects. Every circle has a topic, every circle has a different collective energy based on participants. Therefore every Circle is different and Interesting.
These groups are an open and safe platform to share feelings and thoughts.
For both Men and Women, discussions may include family, sex, money, depression, burn-out, guilt, pain, anger, relationships in how they feel regarding one’s self-worth, and questions put forth at Circle.
Through discussions, and thought, many people can share their own experiences which helps move others toward understanding, on a path to Peace and Balance.
The power of the collective energy, coming together and using knowledge and wisdom to drive growth is paramount in this space and time in history for improving life, moving towards getting in touch with our true essence, and elevating our consciousness.
Having these groups or circles as a means to open up in a safe space without fear of judgment, to get in touch with our thoughts and feelings while we verbalize what comes from that space. One of the key factors in healing.
Many people do feel quite uncomfortable sharing. Our groups create an environment where everyone is respected and allowed to share.
One of the key factors in facilitating personal growth is the ability to do things that we fear and that we struggle with.
This space allows us to push past our limitations.
Enhanced Communication, Empowerment and Inclusivity, Collective Wisdom, and Emotional Safety are the four cornerstones to Circles.
We can build connection, empathy, and compassion for ourselves and others. And realize that we are not unique in our struggles on this journey called Life.
Regarding evidence, numerous studies in organizational Behavior and psychology support the benefits of open communication, inclusivity, and emotional safety in enhancing performance, and job satisfaction.
Sacred circles align closely with these.
